Biographical sketch


In 2010, I graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with an MSc degree in Criminology and from the Leiden University with an MSc degree in Methodology and Statistics in Psychology.
Since September 2010 I am working as a Junior researcher / PhD student at the Erasmus MC section of Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy. In 2011 I started a master of science in Epidemiology.

Research interests


My research interests focuses on cost-effectiveness research in mental health care and crime prevention and treatment. In the application of health economics in these fields, I am interested in some specific methodological problems such as selection bias and missing values.

Educational interests
Since 2010 I’m involved in teaching communication skills and attitudes to medical students.
